Ingredients required for Almond Flour Roti Recipe:

  • 1/2 cup (150 g) blanched almond flour
  • Curd/Yogurt
  • Boiling water

Preparation Method for Almond Flour Roti Recipe:

  1. Firstly take a bowl and add almond flour to the curd mixture and mix it well till well combined.
  2. Take lukewarm water for kneading the dough and with your hands knead the dough well.
  3. Leave the dough aside for 15 minutes and divide it into equal balls.
  4. If you want you can add chopped onion to it.
  5. Now roll the dough into a circular shape.
  6. Take a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
  7. Add roti into the pan and cook well from both sides.
  8. Serve with any chutney or dal.
